Responsibilities:
MARKETING
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve maximum market share, optimise sales and improve brand awareness
Conduct an analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitors’ information.
Explore new markets: identify potential clients and implement marketing tactics to expand market base.
Plan and execute campaigns:
- promotions and events to ensure sales targets are achieved
- client Retention Management programs
Collaborate with brand ambassadors and influencers to optimise brand awareness and attract new leads.
Generate leads via WhatsApp and Email marketing.
Resourceful in establishing corporate collaborations and links to relevant online sites.
Ensure content on the Company's websites are updated.
Manage and monitor the expenditure budget for each marketing programme and report on expenditure and effectiveness of lead conversion to sales.
Responsible for the development of marketing communications material and ensure corporate guidelines are adhered to in all brand communication materials.
Manage A&P budget.
- Responsible for the preparation of annual budget and meet annual budget targets in business revenues and profits for the company.
- Ensure marketing launches and marketing programs deliver desired ROI.
- Provide sales forecast accuracy and present monthly business reports.
SOCIAL MEDIA / DIGITAL MARKETING
Develop digital campaigns to increase interaction and engagement on social media platforms
Plan and execute strategy to boost social media engagement via FB/IG/Tik Tok
or any other portals.
Create social media posts and adverts to increase new leads.
Envisage, activate the mechanics on how to promote business brand through social media.
Analise analytical reports to improve on strategy to gain new leads
Reporting the google analytics data in monthly online traffic reports
BRAND MANAGEMENT
Ensure customer growth through strong, strategic marketing programs and product launches that will help the brand achieve market share and ranking in the industry
Establish and maintain the Image and Positioning of the Brand.
Spearhead and ensure adherence of brand - culture in the company.
Ensure strict adherence to the Brand image in all the communication materials.
Facilitate development of brand marketing collaterals and visual merchandising
Propose creative media plans to support brand awareness
Requirements
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Marketing with minimum 5 years of working experience in marketing
Good analytical skill, capable of doing in-depth analysis, providing in-sight to customer trends and market needs.
Competent in content writing in both English. Preferably Mandarin too.
Well versed in design software including Adobe skills and html.
Meticulous, possess attention to detail and good follow-up skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment
Work well with a Team to accomplish project objectives and goals.
Preferably at least 1 year of working experience in beauty industry
