Working Hours:

Weekdays: 6:30am – 7:30pm (8-hour shift, rostered)

Saturdays: 6:30am – 1:30pm (4-hour shift, rostered)

Jobscope:

- Greet & register patients

- Schedule appointments & coordinate referrals

- Handle payments & patient enquiries

- Take patient vitals at Health Monitoring Station (height, weight, BP)

- Manage patient concerns professionally

Requirements:

- Min. O/ NITEC / Diploma

- Comfortable using computer for patient registration, appointments, and payments

- Has prior customer service / admin experience
