Our client, with several projects in hand, is seeking for suitable candidates to join them as Assistant Contracts Manager
Responsibilities
- Assist Contracts Manager to lead and manage a team of QS
- Oversee Main/Sub-contract administration
- Support and advise the project team on cost and contractual issues for main contract and subcontracts
- Monitor Sub-contract payment, Variation Order Pursuant, Engineer Direction defense
- Project and Sub-Contract Final Account
- Claims for additional payment and EOT
- Safeguard company contractual rights
- In charge of tender submission
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Contract Law
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Quantity Surveying in Main Contractor Building projects
- Sound Knowledge in Contract Negotiation and Administration
