Job Details:

• Basic Salary: Up to $4300

• Benefits: Variable Bonus (VB)

• Working Hours: 5 Days, 9:00AM – 6:00PM

• Location: SengKang Area

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle pre- and post-contract duties including quantity take-off, cost control, variation orders, and tender administration.

• Obtain and evaluate sub-contractor and supplier quotations for costing and comparison.

• Source and liaise with new and existing vendors; compile and summarize quotations for subcontracts, materials, and equipment.

• Manage and monitor overall project costs and budgets to ensure cost efficiency.

• Attend site meetings and provide cost-related support to the project team.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent

• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience
