CAD DRAFTER - #1117822

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced CAD Drafter with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on drafting experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing accurate and detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant software, supporting engineering and design teams across various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare 2D and 3D drawings based on specifications, sketches, and engineering input.

• Modify and revise drawings as directed by engineers or project managers.

• Interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.

• Ensure drawings comply with company standards and project requirements.

• Maintain drawing records, files, and revisions in an organized manner.

• Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.

• Conduct site visits or assist with measurements when necessary.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a CAD Drafter.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of additional design software (e.g., Revit, SolidWorks, SketchUp) is a plus.

• Strong understanding of drafting standards and engineering terminology.

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Diploma or certification in drafting, engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in [insert industry: architectural, civil, MEP, mechanical, etc.].

• Familiarity with 3D modeling and rendering tools.

• Knowledge of local building codes and standards.

• Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents (SPRs) are preferred
