Our client is seeking an Incoming QC Engineer to join their team!
About Our Client
Our client is a pioneering force in the semiconductor advanced packaging and electronics manufacturing service industries. With their R&D center based in Singapore, they focus on developing innovative products and solutions for high-precision applications. Their product range includes advanced Die Bonders, Flip Chip Bonders, and Package-on-Package Bonders, which significantly enhance their customers' operational efficiency.
What you'll be doing?
Quality Assurance: Support incoming quality inspection to ensure all parts meet rigorous quality standards.
Inspection and Measurement: Perform visual inspections and parts measurements using advanced tools and techniques.
Non-conformance Handling: Issue RMRs for any non-conforming incoming parts and coordinate with suppliers to resolve quality issues.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Interface with Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Application, and Production teams to ensure quality standards are met.
Documentation and Reporting: Update quality control specifications, critical parts lists, and generate quality reports and RMAs.
Process Improvement: Create and update procedures and process flows to enhance quality control measures.
Quality Monitoring: Support RMR and RMA monitoring, maintain IQC Return Parts Master list, and assist with ISO documentation.
Internal Auditing: Contribute to the company's quality management system by participating in internal audits.
Who are they looking for?
Educational Background: Minimum Diploma in Quality/Engineering or other relevant discipline. A degree would be an advantage.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of measuring tools like Calipers, Force Gauges, CMM machines, and AOI Machines is beneficial. Understanding of SPC, FMEA, 8D, and CAR methodologies is essential.
Industry Experience: Prior experience in quality functions within manufacturing or semiconductor industries is preferred.
Digital Literacy: Good written and digital literacy skills to manage documentation and use various software tools.

Working Day: Mon to Fri
Location: Woodlands North Coast
Salary: $3000 - $4500
