HR & Admin Assistant
5 days (Monday - Friday)
Location: Ang Mo Kio
Basic Salary: $2400 - $2600

Responsibilities:

• Handle general administrative tasks including calls, messages, courier arrangements, filing, and data entry.

• Assist with renewals of insurance, permits, certifications, vendor contracts, and compliance documents.

• Raise purchase orders in SAP and support HR-related procurement.

• Maintain and update staff records such as attendance, leave, and personal particulars.

• Support HR functions including recruitment coordination, onboarding, orientation, training, and staff welfare/events.

• Prepare meeting minutes and coordinate staff training, courses, and medical check-ups.

• Assist with HR, ISO, SOP, and GMP documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Requirements:

• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
