1)     Retail system support & Process improvement

• Support POS installation and removal in store

• POS backend configuration

• POS induction for new staff

• Monitor system performance and propose improvements

• Promotion deployment
  
  

2)     IT Operations & Support

• Supervise daily IT support for office, stores, warehouse

• Manage incidents and service requests for inhouse system, retail system (POS, Store management system), digital signage

• Coordinate with external vendors for Hardware / Software maintenance
  
  

3)     Project Maintenance

• Assist in IT project rollout (POS system change, PC replacement, Digital initiatives)

• Track project progress and escalate risk
  
  

4)     People & Stakeholder Engagement

• Supervise IT officer in daily troubleshooting

• Provide training to retail staff and office staff on IT system usage (supervisor and Inventory supervisor)

• Act as first escalation point for store-level IT issues

• Liaise with internal departments (Finance, Marketing, Commercial, HR, Warehouse, Merchandising) for IT support needs

5)     Stock-take system support

• Major stock count system support

• Manage PDA scanner

• Any other ad-hoc duties as per assigned

Requirement:

• Possess a diploma in IT or an equivalent qualification.

• 4-6 years of relevant experience, with a preference for experience in a retail or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) setting.

• Experience with POS, ERP, IT infrastructures

• Good stakeholder management and multitasking ability

• Meticulous, good initiative, dependable, and team player

• Highly motivated self-starter who can quickly react and resolve issue

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Proficient in MS Office & experience in SAP system a plus point

• Candidate with computer networking & internet technologies knowledge will be added advantage
