5 Days (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM)
UP $4,500 Basic + AWS + Variable Bonus
Responsibilities:
Prospect and acquire new business opportunities in sea, air, and land freight forwarding.
Design and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.
Cultivate lasting client relationships through personalized, consultative sales approaches.
Lead contract negotiations, create precise quotations, and ensure timely follow-up on proposals.
Partner with operations teams and apply in-depth Southeast Asia logistics expertise to outperform competitors.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
At least 5 years’ experience in logistics or freight forwarding (airfreight preferred)
Proven sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics
Strong hunter mentality with ability to generate leads and close deals
