Our Client a MNC building materials suppliers company in Singapore, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Sales Specialist .

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive and achieve sales targets as defined by the management team.

• Act as a key representative in the construction industry, establishing credibility and expertise.

• Proactively identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the construction sector.

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions

• Assess and report on the potential of new clients to support business growth.

• Build and maintain a robust network of industry stakeholders including developers, consultants, architects, and contractors.

• Monitor project site progress closely and provide accurate material forecasts.

• Share regular updates with the leadership team on market trends, challenges, and activities to inform strategic planning and decision-making.

• Liaise effectively with dealers and customers regarding terms and conditions, ensuring accountability and timely payments.

• Offer customised solutions to clients based on specific project or business needs.

• Deliver customer support including training, troubleshooting, and technical assistance as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 3 years of sales experience, ideally within the construction or building materials industry

• Possess own transportation as job nature requires frequent site visitations

• Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools
