Our client is a Japanese leading provider of industrial products, specializing in mechanical parts and power transmission solutions.
They are looking for a Business Development Executive who is responsible for managing and expanding business in Singapore and Malaysia, developing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and supporting strategic growth initiatives in the region.

You'll be reporting to the Managing Director.


【Responsibilities】
- Conduct sales activities in Singapore and Malaysia
- Overnight business trips to Malaysia approximately twice per month
- Maintain and follow up with existing customers while developing new business opportunities (60% BD)
- Plan and execute sales strategies and manage sales performance
- Coordinate with head office and other overseas offices
- Participate in long-term training in Indonesia (approx. 6 months)
- Possible training in Japan

【Requirement & Preferences】

(Must)
- Minimum Diploma in any fields
‐ Possess a valid Class 3 driving license and be comfortable with driving (not just holding the license).
‐ Willing to undergo training in Indonesia (starting from 6 months to 1 year after joining, for a duration of about 6 months to 1 year)
- Fluent in English and Malay in order to communicate with counterparts
- At least 3 years of B to B sales experience
- Willing to do Business Development including Cold call
- Willing to travel for business trips mainly to Malaysia about twice a month (for 1-2 days each)

(Advantageous)
- Diploma, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Preferably with experience in mechanical parts, power transmission products, industrial machinery, or other industrial products-related industries
- Possess sales experience in engineering-related sales rather than purely commercial sales.
