Indoor Sales cum Sales Analyst - #1117648

Job Responsibilities

• Manage day-to day sales activities, enquires, prepare proposal / quotation in line with Company's T&C.

• Maintain close liaison with Salas/Engineering/Supply Chain and customers to ensure orders are processed and delivered timely.

• Build and manage new customer’s account and assign corporate accounts to meet business goals.

• Co-ordinate with sales teams by handling administrative tasks, arranging schedules for sales meeting, and providing support.

• Address customer issues, resolve complaints and provide after -sales support to ensure customers satisfaction.

• Prepare and follow-up return merchandise authorize (RMA) of repaired phones from customers.

• Analyze sales data of identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.

• Develop & maintain HubSpot, individual sales target, dashboards for sales teams & management.

• Provide analysis of Business Units (BU) as well as operation and sales performance.

• Assist in the development of sales strategies and tactics.

• Monitor sales performance against targets & provide weekly updates to management.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support initiatives.

• Support the implementation of sales tools and technologies.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years related work experience in sales co-ordination and sales reporting experience

• Diploma studies in engineering or other related discipline

• Competent in Microsoft Office Suites and proficiency in Excel (Formula, Pivot Table, Power Pivot, Data Management, PowerPoint for presentation and Power BI) for Data presentation

• Proficient in creatin reporting template from scratch with formulas

• Good organizational, planning and coordination skills
