Our Client, in the Retail Industry located in Ubi has opening for Admin Assistant cum Customer Service Officer.


  • 5 Days work week / 9.30am - 5pm

  • Excellence working environment

  • Working Location: East


Responsibilities:

Administrative & Data Entry

  • Perform accurate data entry using Excel and internal systems.

  • Create and process Transfer In (TI), Purchase Orders (PO), Sales Orders (SO), and Delivery Orders (DO).

  • Handle printing and filing of invoices systematically.

  • Check and respond to emails promptly.

  • Monitor and manage office inventory, including stationeries and supplies.

  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by management.

Customer Service

  • Answer phone calls and respond to text enquiries in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Provide timely assistance to customers on dispenser issues, delivery time slots, and general enquiries.

  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Identify potential sales leads and refer to the relevant team (renewals or new sales).

Order & Schedule Management

  • Plan daily delivery schedules and allocate time slots efficiently.

  • Ensure timely and accurate order processing and fulfillment.

  • Operate and manage transactions using the Shopify POS system.

Technician & Delivery Support

  • Coordinate with technicians and delivery staff, ensuring they are equipped with the correct documents, goods, and payment tools before each job.


General Product Knowledge

  • Develop a strong understanding of the company’s products and services to support customers and internal teams effectively.



Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic office software.

• Good communication skills (written & spoken).

• Organized, meticulous, and able to handle multiple tasks.

• Prior experience in customer service, admin, or order processing will be an advantage.

• Team player with a positive attitude.
