RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in preparing financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Participate in external & internal audits, compliance checks, and risk assessments & GST filling & report.
Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions.
Assist in monitoring cash flow, accounts payable, and receivable processes.
Work on ad-hoc projects such as cost optimization, investment analysis, and process improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Operations, HR) to understand the financial impact of business activities.
Gain exposure across finance functions, including:
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Treasury & Cash Management
Taxation & Compliance
Internal Audit & Risk Management
Management & Statutory Reporting
REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of work experience are welcome.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling; knowledge of accounting software is a plus.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Eagerness to learn, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
