The Job:

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations

• Manage and coordinate with the local outsourced accounting firm to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting

• Review monthly financial statements, reconciliations, and tax filings prepared by the outsourced firm.

• Ensure compliance with overseas accounting standards and local tax regulations

• Collaborate with overseas team to support and furnish financial data.

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for Overseas operations.

• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support as needed.

• Review and validate monthly employee claim expense reports prepared by outsourced service providers, ensuring compliance with global and local travel and expense policies for overseas entity

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience, ideally with regional exposure

• Experience managing outsourced accounting providers is a strong advantage.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP System
