• Working days: Monday - Friday

• Working hours: 8.30am - 6pm
  

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyse inventory levels, turnover rates, and storage capacity to identify improvement areas.

• Collaborate with Sales and Production teams to forecast demand, align stock levels, and coordinate production schedules.

• Develop strategies to optimize warehouse utilization and minimize excess or obsolete inventory.

• Ensure timely procurement and replenishment of materials while preventing overstocking.

• Track and report key metrics, including inventory days on hand, stock-out frequency, and order fulfilment accuracy.

• Propose process improvements to enhance efficiency in inventory control and material handling.

• Support the implementation of ERP or digital tools for better inventory visibility and planning.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or similar field

• Knowledgeable in ERP systems

• Min 1 - 3 years of experience in warehouse optimization or inventory planning
