Responsibilities: 

• Play a key role in maintaining the efficiency and functionality of the facility to support seamless operations.

• Provide guidance to facility supervisors and technicians.

• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and protocols for plant facilities and equipment.

• Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to manage facility repairs and maintenance projects.

• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to assess maintenance needs.

• Lead the implementation of the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program across plant facilities and equipment.

• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.

• Proactively identify and resolve facility-related issues and concerns.

• Oversee facility maintenance budgets and manage associated expenditures.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance facility operations and efficiency.

• Design and implement energy efficiency programs to reduce energy consumption.

• Partner with internal teams and external vendors on energy-related projects and system upgrades.

• Monitor and analyze energy usage data to improve energy performance.

• Champion sustainability initiatives and promote energy conservation throughout the plant.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering or a related discipline; advanced degrees are a plus.

• Proven experience in facilities management, engineering, or a related field in Plant or Manufacturing environment.

• Possession of the Singapore Certified Energy Manager (Professional) certification is advantageous.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• In-depth knowledge of building systems, facility equipment, and maintenance practices.

• Solid understanding of workplace safety requirements and regulatory compliance standards.

• Excellent multitasking abilities and strong organizational skills, with the capacity to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
