Production Compounder - Your future position?

The production compounder is responsible to carry out compounding activities for production to ensure timely completion of orders.  This shall include all the necessary activities to support the timely completion of the orders as below:

• Able to follow established procedures to perform routine assignments. 

• Able to perform required work using detailed instructions or procedures. 

• Able to perform repetitive work and seeks decision of a non-complex nature.

• Able to perform independently two specific routine work requirement within the required cycle time. Supervisor shall define work requirements and checks outcome of results.

Sounds interesting? In this exciting role you also will be responsible in:

• Carry out production activities (namely: compounding, packing, bottling, cluster operation and washing) as directed by team leader.

• Carry out production activities with adherence to EHS requirement.

• Ensure production activities are done right first time to reduce rework/wastages.

• Carry out ad-hoc activities (e.g. cycle count, hose changed, weighing scale verification) as directed by team leaders and/or managers.

• Quality System Compliance

• Maintain and support all site activities according to accreditation standards in the scope of the QMS [ISO 9001, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) &  Halal

Your professional profile includes:

Requirements:

• GCE "O" Level or equivalent

• Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

• Knowledge of ISO 9000 will be an advantage

• Able to perform as a team player with good working attitude

• Able to work shift

• Able to read and communicate in basic English

• Able to handle heavy physical work

Competencies:

• Competence in two work areas in Fragrance compounding for at least three years.

• Able to perform simple troubleshooting in production matters in the work area.
