Operation Admin Executive | Salary $2500 - $3000/ 5 Days/ MNC/ West - #1117557

Benefits:

• Basic salary up to $2500 - $3000 + Overtime

• West region (Direct bus from Joo Koon MRT)

Job Scope:

• Check and record staff overtime hours, then submit for manager’s approval.

• Prepare simple reports (e.g. monthly OT summary, admin supply usage).

• Provide uniforms and kitchen shoes to new staff and keep track of stock.

• Place orders to replenish uniform and kitchen shoe inventory.

• Assist managers in performing goods receipt (GR) processes in the internal system.

• Prepare documents such as signs, delivery orders, and admin forms.

• Assist with logistics coordination, including arranging deliveries and pickups for supplies and equipment.

• Monitor stock movement and storage, ensuring proper inventory control and accurate records.

• Coordinate with HR for new staff onboarding, documentation, and staff movement (e.g., transfers or resignations).

• Share memos or announcements with kitchen staff.

• Order and maintain stock of office and administrative supplies for the kitchen.

• Handle other tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager or supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Relevant experience with 1 or 2 years of HR Admin or Logistics Operations Support under F&B or manufacturing is preferred.

• Experience using HR attendance or timekeeping systems.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Detail-oriented and able to manage time effectively.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Possess good communication and organizational skills.
