• Collaborate with internal centres of excellence and shared services teams to ensure accurate and timely monthly financial closing processes in line with organisational requirements.

• Address statutory reporting and audit requirements, ensuring financial statements comply with the latest IFRS standards.

• Manage key operational finance processes, including:

  • Purchase requisitions and orders – oversee the end-to-end process to support smooth procurement operations.

  • Fixed asset management – lead and execute asset verification exercises, maintain accurate asset registers, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.

  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with asset custodians, providing guidance on proper asset management and accountability.

  • Monitor and review asset movements, disposals, and impairments to support accurate financial reporting.

• Oversee operational expenditure management, including the review and validation of payables and accruals.

• Review, analyze, and interpret financial data to support reporting and decision-making.

• Support the implementation of new processes and systems as required.

• Promote a strong culture of corporate governance by collaborating with internal and external auditors and resolving audit matters promptly.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Business, Finance, or a related field.

• At least 1–2 years of relevant working experience.

• Experience in the healthcare sector or familiarity with SAP is an added advantage.
