5-day work week | PH Off | Up to $2,800/month

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers warmly; handle calls and general inquiries.

• Recommend suitable grooming packages and assist customers with bookings.

• Manage and coordinate grooming schedules to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Maintain safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards in the grooming centre.

• Handle and resolve customer feedback or issues professionally.

• Support the Grooming Team and Doggy Daycare in daily operations.

• Assist with retail sales, product recommendations, and inventory tracking.

Requirements

• Must have experience in pet shops or vet clinics, comfortable handling large numbers of dogs.

• Available to work Fridays to Sundays.

• Passionate about animals, with experience caring for dogs and cats.

• Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills.

• Basic grooming knowledge will be an advantage.
