• Responsible for conducting of laboratory tests and samples and quality inspections assigned to them by the Supervisor.

• Expected to be knowledgeable on all equipment operating procedures as well as all quality control procedures and competent on the use of laboratory equipment.

• Raw material process and finished product quality control analysis.

• Advance maintenance, calibration and troubleshooting of assigned laboratory equipment

• Maintenance of chemicals and consumables inventory, preparation and standardization of chemical reagents and waste management.

• Maintenance of quality records and development of quality procedures

• Calibration of equipment.

• Conduct and contribute to risk assessment, Quality Procedures and Decision making on quality & maintenance

• Procurement of materials and budget controls

• Implementing QA & Safety Activities

Requirements:

• Diploma in any engineering, chemical, science studies or related studies.

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in analytical testing.

• Experienced in conducting Manual Wet Chemistry or Manual Lab Testing is advantageous.

• Experienced in Petrochemical, Polymer, Oil & Gas and Chemical industries is advantageous.
