The Opportunity

Our clients are seeking an experienced Personal Banker to join their team in the Central Region. As a Personal Banker, you will play a crucial role in providing personalised financial solutions and exceptional customer service to our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively engage with customers to understand their financial goals and provide tailored product recommendations

• Process customer transactions such as account openings, deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers efficiently

• Cross-sell and up-sell suitable banking products and services to meet customers' needs

• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all customer interactions

• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience

• Participate in regular training to stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar customer-facing role within the banking or financial services industry

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with customers

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable with technology

• A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service

• Basic knowledge of banking products and regulations in the Retail/Branch sector

Requirements:

• A recognized Diploma/ Degree in any field

• Prior financial sales work experience will be an advantage

• Strong passion for a sales career and wealth management

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Results-oriented with strong time management skills
