Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day production operations, including assembly, testing, and first article builds

• Lead and manage a team of operators and technicians

• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are consistently met

• Coordinate with cross-functional departments (Engineering, QC, Maintenance) to resolve issues and optimize processes

• Monitor inventory levels and production documentation, ensuring accurate reporting and resource planning

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with knowledge of MS Office and production systems
