Job Responsibilities
Project ManagementEnsure high-quality project delivery that meets scope, schedule, and budget expectations.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, quality standards, budgets, communication strategies, and risk management frameworks.
Proactively address issues related to project scope, schedule deviations, and cost impacts.
Oversee integration activities across multiple components such as hardware, software, testing, business process optimization, application development, and data migration.
Monitor project financials and ensure accurate forecasting of costs and revenues.
Manage overall project implementation, including manpower planning, timeline tracking, and quality assurance.
Identify and resolve project overruns and resource constraints in a timely manner.
Track and report project progress to senior management and clients regularly.
Optimize resource utilization by reallocating team members effectively across different phases or teams.
Lead a smooth handover of completed projects to operational teams, ensuring alignment with client requirements and internal processes.
Manage client, vendor, and stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Administer contracts and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely delivery.
Engage stakeholders effectively in project planning and decision-making.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding and exceeding expectations.
Lead change control discussions and negotiate project adjustments based on evolving business needs.
Demonstrate a strong client-service mindset with a focus on solution-oriented delivery.
Lead, mentor, and motivate project team members to deliver high-quality results and maintain a strong client focus.
Plan and manage cross-functional resource allocation, balancing technical and project management needs.
Conduct performance reviews and maintain open communication to support team development and continuous improvement.
Monitor and ensure high individual and team billability.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in cyber project management or related domains.
Diploma or higher qualification in a relevant field.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven client-service orientation with the ability to effectively manage client expectations.
