We are seeking committed and experienced Tax Professionals with minimum 3+ Years of Experience in Corporate Tax/GST/Transfer Pricing service lines.

Corporate Tax
- Prepare and review corporate income tax computations and tax returns for companies across various industries.
- Handle withholding tax matters and ensure compliance with local tax requirements.
- Respond to tax queries and clarifications raised by the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS).
- Advise clients on local and international tax planning strategies to enhance tax efficiency.
- Apply for local tax incentives and support clients in advance tax ruling applications.
- Represent clients in tax objections, dispute resolution, and audit-related matters.
- Facilitate voluntary disclosures of tax errors or omissions to IRAS.
- Provide support in tax investigations and audit cases.
- Manage GST registration and de-registration applications.
- Apply for various GST relief schemes and concessions on behalf of clients.
- Conduct GST health checks and Assisted Self-help Kit (ASK) reviews.
- Handle client queries and liaise with IRAS on GST matters.
Prepare and submit applications for GST advance rulings. - Assist with voluntary disclosure of GST errors to mitigate penalties.
- Support clients in managing IRAS audits and investigations.
- Manage and deliver transfer pricing projects, including planning, documentation, benchmarking, and advisory services.
- Prepare and review transfer pricing reports in line with IRAS and OECD guidelines (Master File, Local File, CbCR)
- Conduct functional and financial analyses to support intercompany pricing policies.
- Assist in transfer pricing audits, disputes, and advance pricing agreement (APA) processes.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and contribute to winning new clients
