Job Description & Requirements:-
- Handle daily incoming calls and mails.
- Process invoices from customers / clients, invoices from vendors and payments to vendors.
- Responsible for day-to-day admin and account work, including basic data entry work.
- Multi tasking between admin, support and accounts works.
- Prepare and maintain accuracy of accounting records, filling documents and handle petty cash for expense claims.
- Perform AP and AR duties including reconciliation.
- Verify and process staff claims and timesheet.
- Submission of GST returns.
- Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliation.
- Support the month-end closing activities.
- Assist in the preparation of all accounting-related reports.
- Assist in year-end financial audit.
- Perform banking and ad hoc errands.
- Perform proper document filing and control.
- Any ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
- Fast learner, able to increase responsibility and committed, highly initiative.
- Good common sense and Self-motivated.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and knowledge in Xero will be preferred.
- Familiar with local accounting & tax standards preferred.
- Able to work independently, strong sense of responsibility and under pressure.
- Able to plan, organize and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines effectively and efficiently.
- Good punctuality and time management skills.
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PP).
- Minimum 2 years' experience.
- Related trade certificated / Diploma in Accounting and above.
