Operations Supervisor | Oil Terminal | JIAW (ID: 671839) - #1117169

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, day-to-day operations of the oil terminal facility.

• Be responsible for the overall maintenance and repair works of the plant equipment.

• Lead a group of workers, hauliers and tanker attendants e.g. addressing issues or grievances, ensure proper facilitation of their job assigned, etc.

• Oversee and commit to plant safety procedures: WHS, FS.

• Ensure stock count for cylinder tracking is timely and accurately reflected in in-house system.

• Communicate with other departments or parts of the plant to make sure everything runs smoothly.

• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or relevant work experience in Petroleum/Oil and Gas is preferred

• At least 3 years of working experience preferable in Plant

• Experience ensuring overall maintenance and repair works of the plant equipment

• Proven supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively

• Self-driven and proactive
