Equip Medical Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join our growing team. You will play a key role in supporting the sales process, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering excellent service to our customers in the healthcare and emergency sectors.

What you’ll do:

·        Handle customer inquiries and follow up on quotations

·        Prepare sales documentation and assist with tender submissions

·        Support regulatory compliance (HSA-related) and maintain accurate records

·        Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless customer service

What we’re looking for:

·        Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)

·        Experience in sales support/admin, preferably in healthcare or medical devices

·        Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills

·        Proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
