Position: Patient Service Associate

Location: Jurong East (Nearest MRT / Accessible Location)
Department: Cardiac Diagnostic Services
Salary Range: $1,800 – $2,700/month

Work Schedule:

• 5-day work week (Mon–Fri)

• Total: 42 hours/week

• Staggered hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Weekdays)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with mobility (e.g. wheelchair transfers, toilet assistance)

• Support patients with fall risk, dementia, or restlessness

• Schedule and manage inpatient, outpatient & ad-hoc cases

• Monitor patient condition before, during & after procedures

• Maintain consumables, stationery, and general department stock

• Set up & maintain filing systems and support admin tasks

• Ensure cleanliness and readiness of the work environment

• Provide daily operational support to clinical team

Who We're Looking For:

• NITEC or Diploma in Science / Healthcare / Related discipline

• Prior experience in healthcare or patient-facing roles preferred

• Comfortable with hands-on patient care and mobility assistance

• Strong team player with a caring and service-oriented mindset
