Location: Changi Airport, Terminal 2
Working Hours: Mon–Thu: 8.30am – 6.00pm, Fri: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Salary: Based on experience

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Associate (Expenditure) to support our Enterprise Performance Division. You will play a key role in Accounts Payable processes, ensuring timely, accurate transactions while providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as point of contact for assigned divisions and handle queries promptly.

• Support month-end and year-end closing (accruals, variance analysis, reconciliations).

• Manage daily AP processes such as payment processing and employee claims (Concur).

• Perform quarterly reconciliation of vendor statements against internal records.

• Prepare documents for internal/external audits.

• Conduct UAT testing for new ERP system.

• Participate in ad-hoc finance tasks as required.

Requirements

• Diploma in Accountancy (or higher) with minimum 3 years’ experience in Accounts Payable & month-end closing.

• Proficient in SAP, Concur, Microsoft Office.

• Strong written communication skills for email correspondence.

• A proactive, resilient team player who can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
