Customer Service Executive – Logistics (Changi, Shift Work)

Location: Changi Logistics Centre, Singapore
Shift Work: Includes night shifts and weekends (about once a month; allowance provided)
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and resolving issues related to freight forwarding and logistics services.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of shipments.
Manage documentation and update shipment status in the system.
Provide proactive updates and solutions to customers.
Requirements:
Experience in customer service, preferably in logistics or freight forwarding.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable with shift work, including night shifts and weekends (approximately once a month).
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
