QUANTITY SURVEYOR (CIVIL) - #1116985

An Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) MNC firm specializing in Process and Industrial Plant Engineering Design, Consultancy and Maintenance services is seeking suitable candidate who possess the following requirement:

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying (Civil), Civil Engineering, or Diploma in Quantity Surveying (Civil) or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

2. At least 5 years experience as QS (preferably working in South East Asia).

Duties:

1. Know well of Civil work scope including but not limited to calculation of quantities and make BOQ according to Bidder invitations documents.

2. Assist to enquiry machine & material price from the market.

3. Assist to draft sub-contractor enquiry documents as per required and review and check the sub-con monthly progress cost report.

4. Assist to make monthly cost report to main-con or client and assist to make the final settlement with Main-con or Client.

5. Preparing & submission of variation order if any required related to project site.

6. Preparing cost analysis for any required related work.

7. Familiar with in Autocad and office software.

8. Preparing & Support in tender work (Like PQ documents preparing).

Others:

1. Willing to work over-time especially during tender period.

2. Willing to travel
