QUANTITY SURVEYOR (ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENT) - #1116984

An Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) MNC firm specializing in Process and Industrial Plant Engineering Design, Consultancy and Maintenance services is seeking suitable candidate who possess the following requirement:

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Bachelor degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or Diploma in Quantity Surveyor, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering

2. At least 5 years working experience in Quantity Surveying - Construction

Duties:

1. Knowlege of Electrical and Instrument work scope including but not limited to know well of the different brand material of Instrument, including but not limited to the calculation of quantities and prepare BOQ according to Bidder invitation and document. Required to prepare the Technical Proposal as per requested by Bidder.

2. To enquiry machine & material price from the market.

3. To draft sub-contractor enquiry document as per required. Review and check the sub-con monthly progress cost report.

4. To prepare monthly cost report to main-con or client and assist with final settlement with Main-con or Client.

5. Preparing & submission of variation order if required related to project site.

6. Preparing cost analysis for any related work.

7. Familiar with Autocad and office software.

8. Preparing & Support in tender work (Like PQ document preparation).

Others:

1. Willing to work over-time during tender period

2. Willing to travel to project site and Malaysia.
