What You'll Do:

• Lead store sales efforts to consistently achieve or surpass set targets.

• Hire, train, and supervise store team members.

• Manage stock levels, place orders, and oversee supply chain logistics.

• Maintain exceptional customer service standards across all interactions.

• Oversee the store’s financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.

• Keep the store tidy, organized, and visually engaging at all times.

• Work with the marketing team to roll out promotional events and campaigns.

• Ensure full compliance with health and safety standards for both customers and staff.

• Compile and review reports to spot trends, identify improvements, and address issues.

What You Bring:

• Strong command of English

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in retail store or operations management (lifestyle products)

• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination abilities, with the capacity to perform well under pressure

• Resilient with strong business acumen, able to drive store sales and deliver high-quality customer service.
