Senior Technical Officer / Assistant Engineer - #1116971

The Role:

As a Senior Technical Officer / Assistant Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth technical operations and maintenance within the facility. Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure service excellence.

• Overseeing and ensuring timely execution of preventive and ad-hoc maintenance works by vendors.

• Supervising onsite technicians and assigning tasks to maintain operational efficiency.

• Managing day-to-day technical operations and ensuring prompt response to fault calls.

• Maintaining accurate records of service reports, licenses, and certificates.

• Tracking and compiling monthly meter readings and fault data for reporting purposes.

• Participating in annual shutdowns and fire drills as part of safety protocols.

• Ensuring meeting rooms are set up promptly and according to requirements.

• Supporting miscellaneous technical tasks as needed to maintain site standards.

What Are We Looking For?

We are seeking a technically skilled and proactive individual with the following qualifications and experience:

• Diploma or equivalent in a relevant engineering or technical discipline.

• Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience in facilities management or technical operations.

• Strong ability to communicate and collaborate with clients, vendors, and team members.

• Proven experience in supervising technicians and managing maintenance schedules.

• Familiarity with compiling technical reports and documentation.

• Ability to respond swiftly to emergency situations and fault calls.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

• Knowledge of safety protocols and participation in fire drills/shutdowns.

• Detail-oriented with good organizational and reporting skills.
