About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and proactive LED Technician/Specialist to join our team at Gain City. This hybrid role combines technical expertise with client-facing responsibilities. You will be involved in the sales, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of LED screens, panels, and lighting solutions for corporate clients, government agencies, and new projects.

You will work closely with project teams, lighting designers, M&E consultants, and architects to deliver high-quality LED solutions. Additionally, you will assist with LED wall installations, software configuration, and ensure proper alignment and functionality. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, enjoys problem-solving, and has strong communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Specialist Tasks

• Canvass prospective customers to grow the business and achieve sales objectives

• Prepare sales presentations and reports

• Work with lighting designers, architects, M&E consultants, and project teams

• Identify potential selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs

• Follow up with customers on enquiries and sales orders

Technical & Installation Tasks

• Assist in installation, alignment, and maintenance of LED walls and lighting systems

• Test, troubleshoot, and repair LED parts and accessories

• Configure LED software and manage video wall content

• Handle power and data connections for LED installations

• Support team members and ensure productivity and quality goals are met

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related discipline (for Specialist/Sales)

• Minimum GCE O Level/NITEC (for Technician tasks)

• Experience in LED installation, servicing, or maintenance, including troubleshooting electronics/electrical components

• Proficiency in LED software for video wall management and configuration

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Detail-oriented, hands-on, and solution-focused
