Senior / Officer, Flight Maintenance Operations Centre - #1116920

Job Description

• Position is 24x7 AOG desk that requires shift work.

• Co-ordinate and control of components requirements from customer’s base station and liaising with customer on critical spares requests.

• Sourcing for spares availability.

• Coordinate with repair staff and purchasing staff on order status.

• Initiate loan/exchange/PO activities to support material shortages.

• Manage AOG requirements for local and overseas customers.

• Monitor of AOG / critical DSS requirements for C-Checks during off hours.

• Checking IPC /ACRT for P/N interchangeability.

• Liaise with internal departments, customers, freight forwards, and vendors if required.

• Data recording and digital documentation.

• Any other adhoc duties.

Requirements:

• Working experience in material management in the aviation industry would be an advantage. Candidates with experience in inventory management in other industries would also be considered.

• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.

• Good human relations skills.

• Ability to learn fast and willingness to take up additional responsibilities.

• Proficiency with SAP will be advantageous.

• Customer-centric with the ability to adapt to different types of characters.
