Duties & Responsibilities
Identify and manage service sales and rebuild projects to drive growth with new and existing customers.
Understand customer needs to propose tailored system improvement solutions.
Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the entire sales process.
Prepare proposals for upgrades and retrofits, and negotiate service agreements.
Coordinate between customers and technical teams to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.
Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and standards.
Goals
Achieve sales and revenue targets.
Expand business opportunities and strengthen customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
At least 5 years’ experience in service sales with proven results.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willing to travel locally and overseas.
Dynamic, customer-focused, and results-driven.
