Job Summary:
Are you a creative marketer with a passion for retail? We’re seeking a Marketing Manager to lead all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities for our brand(s). You’ll support business goals, enhance CRM efforts, and grow our VIP customer base while representing our brand with professionalism and creativity.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing, Advertising, and Promotional Events Management
Strategize and lead all advertising, public relations, and promotional events for our brand(s).
Develop and maintain strong media relationships to amplify brand visibility.
Act as the company’s spokesperson, representing our brand in media interviews and at company meetings.
Coordinate high-impact events, press conferences, and special projects that enhance brand presence.
Manage the advertising and public relations budget, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Strategic Marketing Planning
Create and execute a robust marketing calendar to build brand awareness through engaging promotional activities.
Develop and present marketing plans with clear ROI metrics, securing necessary approvals for execution.
Collaborate with the Brand Principal to craft seasonal marketing and Public Relations strategies.
Ensure all marketing materials meet brand standards and share key assets with the Brand Principal when required.
Stay ahead of the competition by researching and analyzing marketing trends and campaigns within the industry.
Collaboration and Communication
Build strong relationships with Brand Managers and Store Managers to align marketing efforts with business needs.
Regularly visit stores to understand the market and enhance marketing initiatives.
Lead monthly engagements with store teams to ensure marketing strategies are effectively implemented.
Social Media and Reporting
Leverage social media platforms and website updates to boost brand engagement.
Prepare and submit timely marketing reports, including comprehensive post-event analyses.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the retail industry.
Strong project management and financial planning skills.
Retail-focused with a strong client orientation, and has good negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and can work independently.
