In this role, you’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and make sure our solutions meet both technical and business expectations. This is a critical position that directly impacts our company’s success in the fast-evolving world of electronic payments.

We’re after someone with strong project leadership, client engagement, and technical know-how — someone who can manage complexity while keeping delivery smooth and transparent. In this role, you’ll:

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of large-scale digital payment solution projects.

• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams.

• Drive cross-functional coordination, ensuring interfaces, dependencies, and resources are managed effectively.

• Oversee quality assurance, risk management, and compliance with payment industry standards.

• Foster strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction through clear communication and reporting.

Your keys to success
You’ll thrive in this role if you’re a hands-on leader who knows how to balance technical depth with business priorities. You’ll bring:

• 12+ years’ experience managing complex IT or digital payment solution projects.

• A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent (or technical degree with 15+ years’ experience).

• PMP certification (required) with a proven track record in end-to-end project delivery.

• Strong background in electronic payments, transaction systems, or digital banking platforms.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
