Roles & Responsibilities
The Marketing Executive is responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating all marketing strategies for the F&B outlets including promotions, public events, public relations, social media, marketing calendars, artwork designs and collaterals with a focus on driving and generating incremental revenue in line with overall vision and objectives of the company.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
o Creating and developing marketing plans and marketing collaterals.
o Developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
o Ensuring the campaigns visually appealing and optimized for marketing materials like websites, social media and print.
o Ensuring brand consistency across all channels and marketing initiatives are aligned with business development needs.
o Planning for marketing and promotional calendars and generating ideas for new offerings.
o Staying ahead of marketing trends, new communication techniques and digital platforms, in order to explore and recommend creative ways to reaching out to target audience.
o Cultivating relationships with potential marketing partners, as well as exploring new target markets.
o Sourcing and promoting public events that will drive traffic to the outlets and grow revenue.
o Liaising with external vendors to ensure marketing project deadlines are met and to the highest quality.
o Conceptualizing and designing impactful visuals for social media ads, brand posts, websites and print materials (menu, posters, etc.).
o Working with the finance, sales and operations team to optimize strategies that balance profitability with customer value perception.
o Analyzing and monitoring campaign performance and preparing monthly reports showing the results of marketing campaigns (return on investment, effectiveness, feedback, etc.).
o Maintaining effective internal communications to ensure all relevant internal departments are kept informed of marketing objectives.
o Supporting the Operations team in managing guest experience on-site.
o Responding to media and customer queries/ complaints.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Marketing or its equivalent.
At least 2-3 years of working experience in similar capacity in the food and beverage industry.
Strong network of connections is an asset, including media, social influencers and industry partners.
Excellent communication skills. Able to think and write strategically.
Self-motivated, eye for details and resourceful.
Strong project management skills.
Familiarity with digital marketing/ social media management.
Sound proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
