About the role

We are seeking a talented Quality Engineer to join our team at Betzler (Asia) Consortium Pte Ltd, a leading manufacturing and logistics company based in Ang Mo Kio, North-East Region. As a Quality Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of product quality and process efficiency within our fast-paced operations.

What you'll be doing

1. Developing and implementing quality control processes and procedures to monitor and improve product quality throughout the manufacturing lifecycle

2. Conducting rigorous testing and inspection activities to identify and resolve quality issues

3. Analysing production data and generating detailed reports to drive continuous improvement initiatives

4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address the root causes of quality problems

5. Providing technical guidance and training to production staff on quality assurance best practices

6. Staying up-to-date with industry regulations, quality standards, and emerging quality management techniques

7. Ensuring the company's quality management system remains compliant with relevant ISO and other quality standards

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical discipline

2. 5-7 years of experience as a Quality Engineer or in a similar quality assurance role within a manufacturing or logistics environment

3. Proficient in quality management tools and techniques, such as statistical process control, Six Sigma, and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA)

4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and implement effective corrective actions

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

6. Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001

7. Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement
