Account Executive
Location: Paya Lebar
Salary: $2,500 – $3,200 + AWS
Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 9am – 6pm

What You’ll Do

• Manage full sets of accounts (AR, AP, bank reconciliation)

• Prepare financial & management reports (sales, GST, fixed assets, etc.)

• Handle petty cash, reimbursements & bank deposits

• Support stock take & asset management

• Liaise with banks, auditors & government authorities

• Ensure accurate record keeping and filing

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma / LCCI in Accounting (or equivalent)

• At least 5 years’ accounting experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Independent + good team player & able to meet deadline
