Responsibilities:

·      Customer Engagement & Support

·       Shipment Coordination

·       Sales Support

·       Billing & Invoicing

·       Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics/freight forwarding (airfreight

preferred)

• Proficient in freight documentation and customs processes
