About the role

We are seeking a talented Technical Engineer to join our team at KTC Civil Engineering & Construction Pte Ltd. This full-time position is based in Yio Chu Kang North, North-East Region. As a Technical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality construction projects and supporting the overall operations of our growing company.

What you'll be doing

• Providing technical expertise and support throughout all stages of construction projects

• Performing detailed analyses, calculations, and feasibility studies to ensure project viability and compliance

• Collaborating with project managers, site supervisors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and optimise project delivery

• Conducting site inspections, monitoring progress, and reporting on project milestones

• Assisting in the development and implementation of innovative construction techniques and technologies

• Ensuring projects adhere to relevant safety, quality, and environmental standards

• Providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members

What we're looking for

• Degree in Civil Engineering

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar technical engineering role in the construction industry

• Strong technical problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• Familiarity with construction regulations, building codes, and industry best practices

• Proficient in using engineering software, CAD tools, and project management applications

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
