QC Engineer (Precast) - #1116718

Job Description:

· Develop and implement quality control procedures for production of precast components.

· Conduct inspections and tests to ensure compliance with specifications.

· Analyze quality data and implement corrective actions as needed.

· Collaborate with production and design teams to address quality issues.

· Maintain documentation and prepare quality reports for management.

· Plan and coordinate quality inspections in line with the casting schedule and project delivery program

· Conduct pre-casting inspections, post-casting quality assessments, and pre-delivery checks to ensure products meet internal and client specifications

· Liaise with the Design Department to resolve technical queries related to shop drawings and ensure alignment with production requirements

· Monitor and report on production waste and defective components, and assist in implementing measures to reduce waste and improve efficiency

· Prepare and maintain detailed daily casting reports, quality inspection records, HDB inspection reports, and forecasting reports for upcoming production

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

· At least 3 years of experience in quality control within the construction or precast manufacturing industry.

· Familiarity with quality standards and testing methods for concrete products.

· Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.

· Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
