Responsibilities

• Ensure all clinic staff report for duty on time.

• Conduct training sessions for newly hired staff.

• Reconcile claims and respond to inquiries from government or corporate partners.

• Handle patient inquiries, complaints and disputes professionally and efficiently.

• Oversee the upkeep of clinic facilities and coordinate regular preventive maintenance with the facilities team.
