Assistant Manager / Senior Executive, Population Health & Integrated Care - #1116638

You will support the planning, implementation and evaluation of Population Health initiatives in the North-Eastern Singapore, particularly in Sengkang and Punggol regions. This will involve engaging key internal and external project stakeholders, including community partners and residents, as well as managing projects and conducting data collection and analysis. Additionally, you will provide secretariat and administrative support and participate in Quality Improvement projects.

Requirements

• Degree in any discipline with at least 4 years of working experience, preferably in healthcare

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

• Able to work independently as well as in a team

• Self-motivated and highly adaptable in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
