Responsibilities:

Operations

• Accurately receive, place, pack, pick, label, and issue products for timely customer delivery.

• Sort and arrange goods for storage using the right equipment

• Operate MHE: order picker, reach truck, VNA, etc

• Handle cartons, using digital devices (RF guns, computers, and printers).

• Keep stocks organised in the warehouse

Compliance

• Follow SOP and safety instructions strictly

• Maintain 5S in the warehouse.

• Follow quality procedures to prevent the delivery of defective items.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Opportunities for self-development in skills and licenses.

Requirements:

• Minimum Secondary Education.

• Able to work at heights (up to 10m) with a Work-at-Height license.

• Experience with order pickers, reach trucks, and forklifts

• Min 1-2 years in warehouse operations, familiar with warehouse processes and tools.

• Basic understanding of warehouse terms (e.g., FIFO, MIGO) and storage methods.

• Basic computer skills (MS Office, SAP, WMS, etc) 

• Good English communication skills for following work instructions.

• Good work attitude, willingness to learn, and customer-oriented.
